The Rolex Datejust 36 126203-0047 debuted in 2018 as a Yellow Rolesor configuration within the Datejust collection, combining a 36 mm Oyster case with a white dial, Roman numeral hour markers, a domed bezel, and a Jubilee bracelet.
Its Oyster case measures 36 mm in diameter and follows the established Datejust construction with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. The case is executed in Yellow Rolesor, combining Oystersteel and yellow gold, while the bezel is the smooth domed type. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with the Cyclops lens covers the dial side, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres.
The dial is executed in white and fitted with Roman numeral hour markers, paired with the standard Datejust display of central hours, minutes, and seconds with a date window at 3 o’clock. In this configuration, the white Roman numeral dial and domed bezel give the watch a more restrained profile than the fluted variants, while the Jubilee bracelet adds a more articulated bracelet design than the corresponding Oyster-bracelet reference.
Inside is Rolex calibre 3235, a self-winding mechanical movement with central hours, minutes, and seconds, instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds for precise time setting. It offers a power reserve of approximately 70 hours and is equipped with a blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers.
The watch is fitted with a Jubilee bracelet in Yellow Rolesor with five-piece links. It is secured by an Oysterclasp folding clasp and incorporates the Easylink comfort extension system, allowing approximately 5 mm of on-the-wrist adjustment.
