The Rolex Datejust 36 126201-0054 debuted in 2026 as an Everose Rolesor configuration of the Datejust collection, combining the 36 mm Oyster case with a chocolate dial set with diamonds, a domed bezel, and an Oyster bracelet. In this reference, the watch stays close to the core Datejust formula, but the combination of warm Everose tones, diamond-set hour markers, and the more direct Oyster bracelet gives it a different balance from the Jubilee-bracelet version of the same model. Its Oyster case measures 36 mm in diameter and follows the established architecture of the Datejust line, with a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. The case is executed in Everose Rolesor, Rolex’s combination of Oystersteel and Everose gold, and is fitted with a domed bezel rather than a fluted one. That bezel gives the watch a smoother and less formal outline, while the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with Cyclops lens over the date preserves one of the collection’s defining display elements. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres. The dial is executed in chocolate with a sunray finish and set with diamonds in 18 ct gold settings. The radial brushing creates shifting reflections across the surface, while the warm brown tone works closely with the Everose elements in the case and bracelet. In this reference, the diamond-set hour markers introduce a more decorative note without changing the familiar Datejust display, which remains centred on the indication of hours, minutes, seconds, and the date at 3 o’clock. Inside is Rolex calibre 3235, a self-winding manufacture movement with centre hours, minutes, and seconds, instantaneous date with rapid setting, stop-seconds for precise time setting, and a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. It runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and is equipped with a blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers. As in other Datejust references using this calibre, the movement combines the collection’s everyday date function with Rolex’s current automatic architecture. The watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet in Everose Rolesor, with three-piece solid links, a folding Oysterclasp, and the Easylink comfort extension system allowing approximately 5 mm of adjustment. In this configuration, the Oyster bracelet gives the watch a firmer and slightly more straightforward character than the Jubilee-bracelet version, while the domed bezel keeps the overall profile softer than a fluted model. The result is a Datejust 36 that balances a rich dial colour, gem-set detail, and two-tone construction with one of the more direct bracelet configurations in the collection.
