The Rolex Datejust 36 26200-0029 debuted in 2026 as an Oystersteel configuration within the Datejust collection, pairing a bright blue dial, new-style Roman numerals, a domed bezel, and a Jubilee bracelet. Its 36 mm Oyster case is executed entirely in Oystersteel and retains the standard Datejust architecture of a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. The bezel is the smooth domed type in stainless steel. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with Cyclops lens covers the dial side, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres. Its bright blue dial is finished with a sunray surface and fitted with the new-style Roman numerals noted for this reference family. Central hours, minutes, and seconds are displayed together with the date at 3 o’clock. Compared with the Oyster-bracelet version, the five-link Jubilee construction gives the watch a more articulated overall appearance while the bezel remains relatively restrained. Inside is Rolex calibre 3235, a self-winding mechanical movement with central hours, minutes, and seconds, instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds. It provides approximately 70 hours of power reserve and uses a blue Parachrom hairspring together with Paraflex shock absorbers. The watch is fitted with a Jubilee bracelet in Oystersteel with five-piece links. It is secured by an Oysterclasp folding clasp and incorporates the Easylink comfort extension system, allowing approximately 5 mm of adjustment.
