The Tudor Royal M2836C1A0-0103 debuted in 2026 as a 36mm stainless steel date model within the updated Royal collection, distinguished by its green dial and applied stick hour markers. As with the blue-dial counterpart, this baton-marker layout is new for this generation and gives the watch a more pared-back dial architecture than the Roman numeral executions elsewhere in the line. Its stainless steel case measures 36mm in diameter and 9.7mm in height, with alternating polished and satin-brushed finishes across the case and bracelet interface. The notched bezel follows the sharper design introduced for this generation, giving the watch a more crisply defined profile than earlier Royal models. A screw-down crown in stainless steel, signed with the Tudor shield in relief, contributes to the 100-metre water resistance, while a sapphire crystal protects the dial. The dial is executed in green and fitted with applied stick hour markers, together with a date aperture at 3 o’clock. In the 36mm format, the absence of the day display used on the 40mm models results in a cleaner and more compact arrangement, and the baton markers reinforce that more restrained presentation. The green dial adds greater colour presence than the black or silver versions, but the use of stick markers keeps the overall composition more direct and contemporary than the Roman numeral variants in the same size. Inside is the Tudor Manufacture Calibre MT5412, a self-winding mechanical movement with bidirectional rotor system, 28 jewels, and a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. It is regulated to a tolerance of -2/+4 seconds per day on the fully assembled watch and incorporates a variable inertia balance, a non-magnetic silicon hairspring, and a stop-seconds function for precise time setting. The bracelet is the Royal’s integrated five-link steel design, with satin-brushed external and central links, polished intermediate links, and a folding clasp with safety catch. In this 36mm green-dial configuration, the integrated case and bracelet construction remains central to the watch’s identity, while the baton-marker dial gives the reference a more modern tone within the broader Royal family.
