The IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Laureus IW3780-10 debuted in 2026 as a limited edition of 1,000 pieces, continuing IWC’s annual Laureus editions with a new entry in the Pilot’s Watch line. It combines a 43mm steel case with the collection’s characteristic blue dial, silver-plated subdials, and a five-link metal bracelet.
The case measures 43mm in diameter and 14.8mm in height. It is fitted with a convex sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on both sides, a screw-in crown, and a transparent caseback. Water resistance is rated to 10 bar, and the construction includes protection against displacement of the crystal caused by drops in air pressure. The caseback ring is engraved with the name of the Laureus Sport for Good foundation.
The dial is executed in blue with silver-plated subdials and a vertical chronograph display. The stopped minutes are shown at 12 o’clock, the stopped hours at 9 o’clock, and the small seconds at 6 o’clock, while the day and date are positioned at 3 o’clock. Rhodium-plated hands are filled with Super-LumiNova, and the numerals and hour markers are printed in white for stronger legibility.
Inside is the IWC-manufactured calibre 69385, an automatic chronograph movement with 33 jewels, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, or 4Hz, with a power reserve of 46 hours. It uses a column-wheel construction and measures elapsed times of up to 12 hours. The movement is decorated with circular graining and Geneva stripes.
This reference is fitted on a five-link steel bracelet with an integrated folding clasp and IWC’s EasX-CHANGE system for tool-free strap changes.
