About this watch
The Glashütte Original Seventies ‘X’ Chronograph 1-37-02-18-02-70 debuted in 2025 as a limited edition of 100 pieces created exclusively for the North American market. It builds on the familiar Seventies Chronograph design, housed in a stainless steel case measuring 40 by 40 millimeters with rounded corners. The lacquered white dial features two black galvanized sub-dials with vinyl-style texture, bold white hour markers, and a red 10-minute hashmark—details introduced to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Seventies line.
The watch is powered by the in-house 37-02, a self-winding chronograph movement with column wheel and flyback function. It displays central hours and minutes, a small seconds at 9, a 30-minute totalizer at 3, a digital 12-hour counter at 12, and Glashütte Original’s signature Panorama Date at 6. The movement can be viewed through the sapphire case back.
The Seventies ‘X’ Chronograph 1-37-02-18-02-70 is delivered with both a stainless steel bracelet and a black rubber strap.
